ATP Rogers Cup Final Odds & Pick: Nadal vs Medvedev

Rafa did needed to battle back into Montreal in his quarterfinal match against No.11 Fabio Fognini to win 2-6, 6-1, 6-2. Nadal is the top seed with Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic leaping out on this years tournament.
This is the first time that the old and the old will fit up in their own careers. Medvedev has played some of his best tennis in the Rogers Cup 2019, but the Rogers Cup championship has ever been favorable to Nadal.

In case Nadal had played his semifinals match and won to proceed onto the finals, there could have been a different story here. But once he fought in the quarters, then the Spaniard seems to be prepared to get his decoration.
