Willian urges Chelsea board to be patient with Frank Lampard

Chelsea winger Willian has urged the Chelsea board to become more»like Manchester City and Liverpool» and also have patience with Frank Lampard. The Brazilian has worked under four distinct permanent managers since his transfer to Stamford Bridge in 2013, also boss Guus Hiddink, that had been during the 2015/16 year old set for six months. But Willian has now called for the Chelsea board to provide Lampard time just like last season’s Premier League winners and runners-up have done using Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp. «Lampard was one of the greatest players at Chelsea and among the greatest players in Europe,» Willian explained. «The fans love him and that he knows the club really well. I think now it is time to devote him more time. I’ve been in Chelsea six years and I’ve had five unique directors! «Perhaps now it is time to devote more time like Man City do, like Liverpool do, four or three years. That might be crucial.» Lampard, who played 429 days for the team has had a mixed start to his career because winning two Blues manager , drawing two and losing just one of his opening five league matches. The 41-year-old picked up his second success on Saturday since Chelsea manager, beating sailors 5-2 thanks to a Tammy Abraham hat-trick. Willian played the full 90 minutes in Molineux and, despite a bid from Spanish champions Barcelona in the summertime, he says he would like to expand his contract with the team. He said:»In my side, I want to stay here. I know I have one year left but I feel playing Chelsea. «I like playing Chelsea. I have the affection with everybody, the fans. «Maybe this will be at the conclusion of the season. Now is not the time.
