Mesut Ozil: Two men plead not guilty over alleged incident
The two men have pleaded not guilty over intimidating a security guard exterior the home of Mesut Ozil in August.
27 and Ferhat Ercun salaman Ekinci, deny behaving in a way against Kemil Sezer outside distress or Ozil’s home intending to induce him alarm, Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court.
The group were billed under the Public Order Act 1986 following the incident in Highgate on August 9, north London.
Prosecutor Valerie Benjamin said:»The organization of the complainant is a Premier League footballer.
«The complainant is among two security guards guarding your property.
«It’s alleged the two defendants were verbally abusive, making threats .»
The couple then supposedly came and left back until police were called, Ms Benjamin stated.
Ekinci, of Ercun and Tottenham north London, were bailed to appear to trial before the exact same court on November 6.
Ozil and Kolasinac were removed to face Newcastle in their opening game of the Premier League season.
